My experience at Mulqueeny Eye Centers was FUN! I finally grew tired of my contacts and my eye doctor had recommended that I see Dr. Mulqueeny for my LASIK surgery. My pre-op nerves were calmed by JoAnn...who was great. She talked me through everything I would experience before, during and after the surgery. The big day came and I felt confident that I had pros working on my eyes! JoAnn even held my hand through the quick surgery. I say that anyone with contact or glasses ditch 'em....and call my favorite doctors...Dr. Sean Mulqueeny. I can see perfectly now. What a great experience!
As an actor, I’m constantly dealing with script changes while shooting. Before my NearVisionSM CK®, I had to search for my "cheaters" so I could read the changes. I always hated that for two reasons… one, there were many times I would forget the blasted things were on my face, causing more delays (time is money). And, two, those cheaters always made me look older. That’s a real "no-no" in my business!
I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything worked out. The care and knowledge that Dr. Mulqueeny and his staff gave me during my NearVisionSM CK® was remarkable! My fears and anxiety were alleviated by their warmth and understanding.

Please remember that Laser Refractive Surgery is SURGERY, and you must consider it very seriously. All surgery has risks, no matter how safe it is considered. The information below is provided in compliance with an FDA requirement to inform you of the study results using the Wavelight Allegretto laser. The statistics stated below refer to that study, and may not be the same as the statistics for your doctor performing similar surgery at the SureVision Laser Center and Mulqueeny Eye Centers. You may ask your doctor what the statistics are for surgery on eyes similar to yours to better understand your specific risks. Important risks to consider include dry eye conditions, halo effects, glare, ghost images or double vision, starbursts, and the possible need for glasses or contact lenses to provide you the best vision at various distances.
